I’ve known Frank Fannon for over 25 years. It’s truly been a pleasure working with Frank in the Alexandria community—on the field with the Alexandria Aces Baseball Team and beyond. As a Men of Courage Lifetime Achievement Recipient, his dedication to volunteering and serving our community never goes unnoticed.

Thank you, Frank, for always sponsoring tickets to baseball and basketball games so kids from the Alexandria recreation centers can enjoy experiences they may not otherwise have. Your willingness to step up and make a difference for the betterment of the City of Alexandria, Virginia speaks volumes about the love you have for this community.

I’m grateful to work alongside you and proud to have someone like Frank Fannon in my corner.

I just met Frank a couple times as he reached out to citizens of Alexandria. He’s impressed me as a serious person that is truly open to ideas and perspectives from citizens of our city.

He is wiling to consider new solutions to the challenges our city faces. He also has the experience of serving on the council before so he knows what he’s getting into.
His professional experience dealing with money and finance would be useful as a city council member because he seems willing to ask hard questions to find best path to respond to problems.

Plus I like the idea of adding some diversity to the city council.

PAID FOR BY FANNON FOR ALEXANDRIA
POWERED BY VOTEGTR
Last night’s election results were not what we hoped for but they are clear, and I respect the outcome of the election. Voter turnout was driven by national issues and reconfirmed how local and national conversations can shape the voting patterns across the ballot.

We discussed the issues that weren't getting talked about, and I am deeply grateful to the 13,700 Alexandrians who supported our campaign. That support demonstrates that there are strong and underrepresented voices in our city who care about the issues we ran on. Winning numerous precincts proves how today, more than ever, our city needs neighborhood representation for the issues that are most impactful to you.

For those of you who voted for me, thank you for your time, trust and belief; and those who didn’t, we are still all Alexandrians and want the best for our city. Leadership means listening to an entire city, and my 35 years of community leadership did not end with an election and will continue forward starting today.

As citizens we must stay involved, stay engaged and remember Alexandria belongs to all of us.

Yours in Service

Frank Fannon
